No: 1/A Şehitkamil / 27090 GAZİANTEP b) Tarihi ve saati : 20.11.2026 - 14:00 4-İhaleye katılabilme şartları ve istenilen belgeler ile yeterlik değerlendirmesinde uygulanacak kriterler : Sources of selection criteria: Notice Criterion: References on specified works Description of selection criterion: Participation as contractor, management contractor, a joint venture member or subcontractor, within the last ten (10) years (between 1st January 2016 and bid submission deadline) in ­ at least one (1) contract, with a value of at least fifteen million (15,000,000) Euro, or ­ two (2) contracts with a total value of at least twenty two million five hundred thousand (22,500,000) Euro. that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Works. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, methods/technology or other characteristics as described in Section VI, Work’s Requirements. Criterion: Average yearly turnover Description of selection criterion: The average of annual turnovers in construction works over the past five (5) financial years (2021­2025) shall be a minimum of 10 million (10,000,000) Euro or equivalent. Annual turnovers shall be verified by the documents certified by Certified (Sworn­in) Public Accountant or Tax Authority. Criterion: References on specified works Description of selection criterion: For the above or other contracts executed during the period stipulated above, a minimum experience in the following key activities: ­ complete construction, installation and delivery of a minimum 90 km drinking water transmission main/water distribution network/wastewater collector/wastewater collection network/stormwater network with a minimum diameter of 100 mm under one single contract, or, ­ complete construction, installation and delivery of a minimum total of 135 km drinking water transmission main/water distribution network/wastewater collector/wastewater collection network/stormwater network with a minimum diameter of 100 mm under two contracts.
